è uno sketch involontario, l’intervistatrice va a casa di Fernando Arrabal, e gli dice che è di Utrera, che è una cittadina in provincia di Siviglia che non c’entra nulla con la televisione che è di Madrid…lui ci prende gusto a prenderla in giro, non capendo cosa ci faccia lei, che è di Utrera con un produttore della televisione indio a casa sua, insomma è un casino, giocato sull’equivoco, e così nomina ufficialmente Utrera capitale della patafisica…scienza delle soluzioni immaginarie…e convoca una riunione letteraria con tutti gli scrittori patafisici…
