Sarà forse l’età che avanza, ma le cose dei tempi passati hanno un sapore più genuino e soprattuto un’eleganza che esula da ogni volgarità imperante in questo nostrobalordo tempo.
Non credo che che tra qualche decennio, i nostri successori potranno restare egualmente incantati di fronte alle testimonianze che stiamo lasciando.

Non credo che sia una questione di età…anzi semmai con il passare degli anni si apprezzano meglio certe qualità…questo è un classico, se vuoi anche ridondante come tutti i film di DeMille però con stile come certi film in bianco e nero del passato, dove tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli, dagli abiti, al setting, ai dialoghi raffinati…il periodo che stiamo vivendo è caotico, volgare, pieno di rovine…il cambiamento è necessario…
